Wie ich schon geschrieben habe, gibt es am Weingut Schwarzl einen neuen, top modernen Weinkeller. Wir durften heuer gemeinsam mit Hannes eine tolle Führung durch den neuen Keller erleben.
Mitten in den Ratscher Weinbergen steht nun der neue Weinkeller vom Weingut Schwarzl. Ausgestattet mit modernster Technik. Tradition und Modernität wurden harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügt. Und die kleine, feine Ernte 2016 wurde bereits im neuen Keller in schonenster Verarbeitung vinifiziert.
Hier habe ich einige Eindrücke aus dem neuen Weinkeller von Hannes Schwarzl, wo natürlich auch die Trauben für den neuen Jahrgang 2017 verarbeitet wurden.
